How to clean laptop screen

How to clean a laptop screen becomes a question that many people ask after their new laptop gets damaged. As we all know, laptops are made to be used outside the home, and this often means they have to deal with dirt and dust on a regular basis. There is really no need to learn how to clean laptop screen unless you want to have it replaced. Of course, this may cost you quite a bit of money, so is it really worth it? In reality, you can clean it with a mixture of vinegar and water.

Before you start, you will need to turn off your laptop. Place it in a place where it will not be stepped on orpped. Take the battery out of the laptop as well. It needs to dry completely before you can use it again.

The very first thing you need to do when learning how to clean laptop screen is to get a glass cleaner. You can find these at any store selling home cleaning supplies. Pour one glass of the liquid into a spray bottle and spray it onto the screen. Allow it time to sit there, then wipe it off with a paper towel.

The next step is to get a bottle of white vinegar. The same process as previously applies here. After applying the vinegar to the screen, allow it to sit for five minutes, then wash it off with plain water. To see if the liquid has actually worked, try wiping it off with another piece of dry cloth. If you notice any stains, wipe it off again with vinegar and water.

Finally, apply a little oil to the screen. If you think about it, this is pretty much the same thing you do to protect your laptop’s finish. Apply a small amount of oil (make sure it’s non-stick), and rub it onto the screen. Let it sit for a minute, and then wipe it off with a soft cloth. Repeat the process until no more oil is visible on the screen.

These are just a few of the many things you can learn how to clean laptop screen. You can also use other household items such as alcohol or baby oil to clean the laptop’s screen. However, these items can be harsh on your laptop and can ruin your machine. You may find that using vinegar or some of the other items described here is a better alternative.
